Everett also explains how the process for hiring and using a forensic expert works along with some examples from his background. Mr. Baxter joined the Oklahoma City Police Department in 1998 and was assigned to the Crime Scene Unit of the Oklahoma City Police Department for over 17 years. Mr. Baxter retired from the Oklahoma City Police Department in December 2021.
